My lashes is what irritate my eye 99% by falling off right into my eye I think I'm better without them sometimes I get so bored or irritated I just randomly start getting my finger and pulling eyebrows and lash
this is helpful considering ive got trichotillomania /s … im cooked bro.
i used to have the most thick eyelashes and eyebrows and then people started complimenting me when i was 13, and then soon after i got trichotillomania. i've been struggling with it for multiple years and am constanty switching the areas that i pick.. i've tried to stop so many times and there's nothing that has really helped yet.. once i get out of education i'm thinking of going to cbt..
although it is a coping mechanism, after i pick my hair, i tend to become more stressed because obviously no one wants to lose their hair, whether it be temporary or permanent. also i become stressed since i've been trying to stop for so long and so it's frustrating.
also, my hair pulling is linked to me being neurodivergent, since the texture of it is very satisfying to me, thus causing me to frequently play with my hair strands.
I did this once when my eyes got irritated by them, plucked just a few ones near the corner of my eyes. I regretted it as soon as I realised it made my eyes more irritated (turns out I never needed to pluck some out as my sleeping position was the real cause)
My eyes aren't irritated anymore, but I'll never do that again.
Taking care of your eyelashes is so important! Remember, they protect your eyes from irritants and infections. Let's keep those lashes healthy and strong! 💪👁️

This is why you shouldn't pluck your eyelashes
Even talking about plucking them is painful
Ok why do people pluck the eyelashes 😂
