I would argue that upgrade-ability is more important for laptops. Because it isn't just a case it's the monitor, the keyboard, the mouse. So there is so much waste.

1:21:31 It's not really about 'upgrading' at this point. The problem is that RAM generally fails more quickly than any other component, so it's actually about being able to replace it.
