I love cross play, especially with my buds diving in. The only problem we all have is when the hackers jump in and ruin it for everyone. That's what turns me away from some cross platform games

One thing I love from this game is the "light" Space Marine armor the Vanguard and Sniper wear. It looks so good, and I think I prefer it over the bulkier standard armor
I honestly only care about pve. But, as a console player, I do appreciate keeping a separation between console and pc. So many casual pvp games are ruined on console because of playing with pc players
Ngl sucks we dont have crossplay. The PvP is gonna be the lifeblood in the game in the long run, once you get tired of PvE you either play a new game or you hop on PvP.

bro im pc player now but when i was a console player on a controller i was so much better i dont understand how people say one is better than the other if they can both get 60fps (except i dont pay for a 2nd time to play Online)

I think the PvP Filter is interesting, but i dont think it should be implemented if they have a ranked PvP mode, i started gaming on console, i have friends thay play console to this day, but they are 100% without a doubt at a disadvantage.

I wont be playing PVP. Gears of war style games for pvp always been trash to me. Its no different than COD. They will figure out exploits for this game and ruin it for everybody. Ergo, PVP is kindve getting old in that way. If you dont compete in some esport league then pointless competition is boring. Especially if someone or more is in game hacking or exploiting. And reporting them is useless too. So ill be avoiding the pointless competition.
I don't understand console peasants
They talk as if every PC player has a 4090, when we KNOW there are people trying to run Space Marine 2 on a rx580 or integrated graphics.

Anythign that stops the player base form playing together is bad imo.
As long as I can play PvE with my friends I am fine with the crossplay thing. I think a toggle would be best but that's just me. Full PC / PC with controller / console only.
Cross play competition as a three option because some people love pain.

The problem with the pvp toggle is fracturing the player base. You're already going to split the userbase, roughly in half (more or less). If half of the console users play on PC servers, how will that impact console matchmaking? Especially after the game passes it's early peak levels of play. Hopefully userbase stays high enough to be no problem, but it is something the devs have to consider.
As a pc player I hate fighting against aim botters on console sorry I mean controller players
I just want armors that are hard to earn and show prestige for pvp and pve
I do like when x-play is in 2 pools , BUT I guess there could potentially be the 3rd pool where it's open to all platforms altho I doubt the number for that would be high ( unless that'd be the default setting ).
So there will be crossppay for the campaign? Good!
4v4 pvp in modern games is pathetic 16 was standard in 2004 and some even 32 and up to some epic BF4 style pc servers of 64 a side, that would be awesome for this game.
4v4 is just meh… numbers are pathetic.
As a console player I should have the right to get crushed by my PC brothers!
