I enjoyed your video and style. I think reviewing small indie games like these will get you more recognition since there isn't much content to compete for views for, and thus people will be drawn to your channel.
When you get as many employees as you mentioned, just get the shift upgrade. You can assign 8,12,24 hr shifts to your employees so you don’t have to do as much micro. Eventually you get to a point where you only micro the surgeons
