TOP 20 BEST OPEN WORLD Games on Nintendo Switch

As much as I love a lot of these games….don't play Witcher 3 on Switch. It's just so much more immersive with the Next-Gen update on Xbox or PS5.

The only console AAA games I know and saw on YouTube are Assassins creed series, Resident evil series, crysis series, saints row, red dead redemption, la noire , Witcher, dying light and batman series.

Most of the other games look like rpgs and hack and slash games available on mobile,

Any switch users know more of the AAA games I mentioned ? I’m getting a modded one soon.
I chose switch because of those games available on handheld, but when I’m done playing those games, I’m gonna need more 😢😂 do recommend me a big list of more console / ported games….

And please don’t suggest a steam deck, right now I gotta stick to switch.

So far i only have zelda breath of the wild and fenix immortals and both are awesome and fun. With a little bit of difficulty. Always looking for others though

I just picked up the Outer Worlds and I have been having a blast playing it on Switch. The Switch in general has an OUTSTANDING library of amazing and fun full sized games, complete with their dlc. I only hope the Switch 2 has some decent upscaling or at the very least maintains backwards compatibility.

Rdr2 is the best game in the whole god damn world.

Xenoblade 3 and Zelda BOTW/TOTK has to be the best games on this list in terms of quality and gameplay

-Subnautica/No Mans Sky/Saints Row 3 +4 though id go 4 as its less of a GTA knockoff & original

Does Hogwarts legacy run well on the switch?

Zelda games usually never disappoint. Can't find anything quite like it and I've tried. Spend money on games I can't get into nothing compared imo

Whilst i loved Red Dead Redemption it is not the sequel. Red Dead 2 is the sequel and for me, it wasn’t as good as the first one.

Fenyx: Rising is sooooo good. One of my favorite games of all time. It's like BotW but with even more story, more comedy, and a completely customizable protagonist 💜 I can't wait for the next installment

Saint's Row 4 was the worst of the original series.
