The photorealism doesn’t bother me, I actually kinda like it. But if ya want block-based facial expressions, hire the guys who animated MC Story Mode. I’d give them an 8/10 when it comes to facial expressions.
if they actually make an official trailer and used Viva La Vida as a way to pay tribute to the parody "Fallen Kingdom", i would be absolutely reeled straight into the movie, no matter how bad it might be.
I can't wait to ignore the theater release and watch a reworked version of this on youtube

I love that some of the people who fix or animate the trailer remove the line part of "Pff okay" and "This guy is such a toolbag", I don't like the way the characters or the trailer itself treat their mythical character as someone pathetic and a joke. This is Steve we're talking about, he should have had a more epic entrance. But hey, the way Jack Black turned out… I don't blame them too much.

They are great, but I especially love the last one, because it shows that artstyle was not the problem of the movie.

I mean Playmobil The Movie was bad its bad, but this is Fucking Minecraft! It's made out of blocks and pixels you can't just make the people into real people. Transforming into another dimension but still keeping their original form doesn't work that way!
Is at least they are having actual real life actors in live action, at least transform them into actual pixel block characters in Minecraft, like how they did with Playmobil The Movie
