Does the animation look a little off?
Sadly, there is no suspense. You KNOW no one will die, receive a severe injury etc. Scripted DnD, whoopee. Not to toot my own horn but… The DnD I have run for decades; every player knows they can die or be critically injured or worse. Plenty of other dm's also run that way. No suspense if nothing is at risk.

It's glad to see Phil bourassa character designs in a truly high budget animated series… I'm a such fan of DC animated movies and Young Justice, but really these productions have never chance (or budget) to express this level of good animation.
