Consoles, the least important? Dream on! 😂
So how do you drive up subscriptions if you aren’t selling consoles? You act like we magically jumped to 2040 where everyone is playing gamepass on their smart tv’s and tablets. That is not the case today and I would argue won’t be the case for the next 10 years. Fact is console sales matter greatly as the primary driver for new Xbox game pass subscribers. The fact that you don’t think they do as a major Xbox content creator is extremely worrisome to me.
Xbox needs to be used as a "fixed spec PC" I would love to have something as cheap as a Series S also have the potential to run Windows. I mean as a parent, it would help me sway towards buying that for my kids if they can also use it as a computer for homework, just sell a Windows license. Then have a solid spec model like the Series X be the main target audience and for the "premium" gamers who want the best can build their own PC to their budget.
Just remember Xbox is #3
