I miss turn-based RPGs. I know they aren't these massive sales generators, but they do cost much less to develop and make consistent profit. I'm developing one I believe will be very well received, but it won't be for a good few more years since I'm developing in my free time and am currently solo.

Sparking Zero and DQIII HD2D can't come close enough. I already have the latter pre-ordered for Switch (the only way to play JRPGs imo), and hope it arrives early. I hope I don't zoom through it during my free time and end up starving for I&II HD2D. I'll pick up Astro Bot on a sale. Other than that, 2024 has been incredibly stale for me. FFVII Rebirth and V Rising are the only notable 2024 releases I've played. DD2 was very disappointing. I can't remember playing anything else that released this year.
