Been a console player since NES. I got a really good deal on a gaming PC from a good friend. I am enjoying games on PC with controller more. Being able to use any headset or controller is worth it, along with all the traditional advantages. So many more graphics settings too.

I think it's incredibly idiotic that you're fanboying over the fact that the PS5 requires a separate app to do anything easier. How is needing two devices in what could be done in one simple? Idiotic to the max.

Cool stuff or not, they need to fix their controllers. I've gone through 4 controllers and all got bad stick drift.

PS stars should just sync with your library. If you own the games before the campaign is released, give us half the points, and if you don’t and you buy the game during the campaign then you get full points.

Idk, PS5 isn't the best gen for games but there's no shortage of games to play either. Just mostly smaller indie studios

Another thing to point out is that their Costumer Live Service doesn't work. They put you into an endless loop of queues and or "you cannot connect to a live representative" (Since the start of April or so)

At this point i will no longer buy Playstation Extra/Plus. Most games that came out each month this year have been very mediocre to trash games. Even when you look at the games Rating out of 5 Stars they give you games that are rated 2-3 stars.

They have given out a few good Indie games though

From my experience with Playstation Stars, they have not given me any Points from the challenges since March. (Even though I own the games) They owe me over 1000 points at this point.

The console has never been in front of PC in terms of features in the entirety of the existence of the medium. I know it is probably a throw away line and meant nothing by it but its a strange one and sets a bad expectation that will only incur further price increases further pushing PS5 from being any different than buying a PC except you are forced to give all your data and information to sony on the free in PS5 and they have more control over what you can't do but I mean I see the writing the on the wall. Sony O/S, or X86 execution on consoles but heavily modded and hampered something along those lines is coming.

Somebody tell me how do I get thumbsticks for a PS five pro controller? I checked the app every day on the PlayStation store to get new modules for my pro controller but I can’t find them anywhere. This is bullshit.

Almost everything you mentioned is as it was before. The only thing new is the link invites. Not sure if you didn’t have comtent but u dont have to make things up. Trophy view, and what you are describing with ps stars is exactly as it was before. You can look at trophies on the phone for a long time now perhaps since launch

I honestly wish they'd stop being so stubborn and prideful and take a page out of Xbox's book and give up an actual game pass for ps2 and ps3 games and slowly add ps4 and ps5 games instead of the PsPlus tiers that really aren't worth the price and the streaming ps3 games is so awful I'd rather just download them. Worst part is one of my favorite game series Way of The Samurai is on both ps2 and ps3 EXCLUSIVELY cause the company canceled the series before ps4 came out so only way to play is through PSNow/Plus tier 3 and it's annoying I keep no saves I can't play when I want and it's overpriced they have a phenomenal ps2 and ps3 catalog and I'm tired of seeing garbageware and spamware games on the ps5 like it's trying to be Steam BUT AT LEAST STEAM SELLS WAY OF THE SAMURAI 3 AND 4!

I love Playstation a lot and got the ps5 thinking I'd be playing more than just 5 to 6 games on rotation cause I can't have more storage space to play my ps5 games from the storage device but I can waste storage space by having the game in my storage space… Playstation can easily make ps3 emulation and ps2 emulation happen and make it all in a game pass so you don't have to buy individually but I doubt they want to make anyone happy just make profits
