So the main question I have for HZD remake hasnt been answered yet: What about The Frozen Wilds DLC? Is that being remastered as well? Once I get a PS5, I dont know if I would pay the 10 bucks for the upgrade! Besides, didn't Guerilla already release a patch for the PS5 version to have better framerate and visuals for HZD already!!??

I hope we do see Jin comeback at some point but for now I am excited to play ghost of yotei next year. I think Sony and sucker punch want to give Jin’s story some space especially since there is a movie coming out on it. Sony is playing the long game. It makes sense the direction they are going in.

Having a female lead =/= woke. It's about pushing a modern social agenda. Not just having a woman character. Tomb Raider isn't (well, wasn't) Woke, Horizon wasn't, the Last of Us wasn't, the list goes on.

Yes, the sequels of those games went woke, but that just means we have nothing to worry about until Yotei 2. 🙂

i don't know about Ghost of Yotei. Sucker Punch has earned the benefit of the doubt, but Sony has lost TONS of goodwill when it comes to agenda driven content.

I don't have a problem with Yotei being femme-led(tm), but people are so jaded with the relentless gender bending, and attacks if they even question it in the least.

Until shown otherwise by the game/gameplay/trailers i'm going to presume that this character is just a well written, well executed character who just so happens to be female.

and not an avatar for "modern audiences"….unfortunately, the actress portraying the character isn't doing the game any favors.

But i'm going to stick with cautiously optimistic until proven otherwise.

864p Means that it was rendering to a screen resolution of 1440p without using FSR and this was probably done on a PC.
864p will not happen with 4k.

I'm a bit disappointed with Sony's recent announcements. It feels like they've been focusing a lot on samurai and RPG games that aren't quite hitting the mark for me. I was hoping for more exciting news from Sony's first-party studios.
