Shōgun – New Extended Trailer | Hiroyuki Sanada, Cosmo Jarvis, Anna Sawai | FX
Shōgun is ready to impress.
Near perfect series. Very offputting to hear there will be more seasons, there was a perfect finality to it.
Japan's historical distortion, historical revisionism, is too absurd
Germany reflects on itself
Germany teaches history accurately
The Japanese should emulate Germany
Come to Korea and study
There is a lot of historical evidence
As soon as industrialization was successful, Japan waged war and massacred countless civilians
Every country has a dark history. That's one thing. Whether they are ashamed and regret the wrong doings in the past and not cover it up is another
the Asian Holocaust
the Asian Nazis
Japan should reflect on itself
Germany knows how to reflect on itself, but Japan doesn't
There is a lot of historical evidence in Korea
It's an accurate history
Imperial Japan was a serious, twisted evil empire
As soon as industrialization succeeded, it invaded the neighboring country
I must say that American soldier was necessary and it saved at least 20x more lives considering that Imperial Japan never wanted to stop doing Asian holocaust
Thank the American soldier for stopping the Asian Nazis
The adults told me a lot of stories
But Japan denies history
You have to reflect history correctly to get along well in the future
For future generations, too
Japan must learn the right history
Japan pretends to be a war victim
It's disgusting to believe in a made-up history
a people who don't even know their own history
It's natural that you have to learn accurate history from school textbooks
For future generations
There are too many Japanese war crimes to count
Japanese right-wing nationalists
Yasukuni Shrine
It's like calling Nazi Hitler a hero
Japan is making history strange with animation
It's such a strange country
The Japanese were a rabid group of believers
It's the same democracy, but it's covering up and erasing history
Too cowardly Japanese
The war crimes of the Japanese Empire are too many and endless
Japanese Who Do Not Reflect
For future students, we need to learn history correctly
It's important to learn history correctly
pretending to be a victim of Japan
When are you going to pull yourself together, Japanese ……………….
Koreans don't want compensation …………..
They want to learn the right history and truly reflect on each other and form a consensus
Koreans want understanding, but Japanese hide and hide
As soon as Japan invaded Korea
the murder of Empress Myeongseong
The king of Japan is God
The king of another country is a beast
Japan invaded as soon as it succeeded in industrialization
Before that, Japan was a small country
poor and weak country Japan
Japan, an island of poor dwarves
The Japanese are a dwarf tribe
Japan's Hobby to Invade Without Declaration of War

Worth every penny. 💚
From shadow fight😅😅
Wen ihr den Glöckner von Notredam wieder verfilmt bitte Cosmo Javier mit spielen lassen ( Hauptrolle ) der Film wir ein Hit
This show is dumb
All my favorites samurai actors ❤❤❤❤❤
Legend wants to know where to see.
Did ChatGPT generate all these comments that are clones of each other? 😂
Sanada just cannot carry himself as Toranaga in this ego -trip that will soon lay forgotten on the dustbin of cinematic history.
This is soooo good that I bought the books to read them before I watch the first episode
Best thing I’ve seen in a long time… stunning in every way ❤
Dude the “barbarian” is supposed to be blonde… 👿
Too much drama, less action
A true outstanding masterpiece!i want more of this.great production and atmosphere and building design and everything 👌
the music is awesome
米国人の脚本は、史実にあまりとらわれずに書いたものだから、ファンタジックで次の展開がわからず面白いものになる。
Production is 🔥🔥 the whole series is just a masterpiece hats off to the whole cast. One of the best series I’ve watched
Whoever edited this trailer needs to a pay raise 👌🏻
Best series out hands down
There are some difference between this Shogun and the TV miniseries from 1980. One obvious thing is that this one has more female empowerment tropes — and Seppuku is rubbed in everyone's face over and over again in a more graphic way. But I totally like this Shogan better. Bravo!!! What a great remake. Hiroyuki Sanada is absolutely brilliant. This is adult entertainment — and very immersive and rich and artistic, intense acting, great action scenes, emotional.
we got Hulu just to watch this. Its great. BUT, what is up with the Hulu commercials? They are nutz. We had to look away and not watch them. They are too brain-washy, loud, annoying with florescent or pastel colors, advertising only beer, booze, or sweet stuff, or junk food, or partying, or HERS, or HIMS, with gay guys hugging and a freckled guy making love to alabaster women, or black and white couples These commercials are either triggering or Pavlovian. The star wars commercial shows two women trying to kill each other Disney 🤢 Its been a few years since I've watched Hulu and the commercials are kinda creepy. Look away / mute them. They damage the mood created by the greatness of Shogun.
I love this show it's got but better 😍
Why in hell did they choose an actor to put on him FAKE BLUE EYES?!!! Thers millions of actors with blue eyes….ridiculous!!
Did they miss the parts where Anjin is described as blonde haired and blue eyed?
China Rose Hill thanks 🙏
Really liked this show. Almost couldn’t believe it was released in 2024, and on Disney of all places, considering all the inauthentic, low quality, woke trash they usually put out
The first few episodes seem very promising but nothing more than that, it's like eating donuts.
All I gotta say is I’m 4 episodes in and this show gives me the same feeling GOT did in its earlier seasons! I can’t stop thinking about it…😂
The battle of Sekigahara in the first episode of “Drifters” written by Kota Hirano is very powerful, even though it is animated.
There are many interesting dramas and movies of the Warring States period in Japan without recommending animation…
I can't wait for season 2!
Shogun is a Japan show from ca.
What song is this? I can’t find it in the Shogun soundtrack.
It is good but ….. 1980 is better .
They've missed out the best line: "You are a silly little man, and your hair looks like the tail of a pony!"
When I saw this trailer I told my girlfriend it looks like Japanese Game of Thrones…now that it has aired I see I was 100% correct.
Easily in my top 10 favorite series. It might be slow for some, but the story it tells is amazing and every character is great with their own motivations, desires and arcs.
I just watched the show. What a masterpiece!
best movie 🎦 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Holy s*** what a way for episode 5 to end Oh my God!
Oh My God, Even though it was short to the point I love the way that MariKo an Anjinsan pillowed together even though he had to acknowledge not making love to her but to a Cortisone!
I love the scene where Angin san gives fujisama pistol and she gives him swords It was a beautiful scene This makes more sense how he got swords then in the first Shogun with Richard Chamberlain & Yoko Shimada! L. Eric Sahagun aka Shogun lol
I'm at episode 4 and I'm very very intrigued!
The Cortisone or slave is doing her master's son not directed to do so but she did it because she knows he got off in listening to the infidel boil to death so she figured he'd get off watching her get it on with her son and she was right He is one six son of a b** I remember him from the first Shogun!
Now of all the costumes I've seen of old I've never seen women dressed like these Japanese women and I went to many ceremonies portraying ancient Japan and I didn't see any Japanese women dressed like nuns even though it's satin and not brown or black habits. The other thing the peasant getting his head cut off This was so poorly portrayed in this version while you clearly knew why in the Shogun version with Richard Chamberlain why the guy was getting his head cut off … That stuck out to me like a sore thumb I saw no rhyme and reason!
After finishing watching the episodes, I can say that the very amazing Shogun series is the best series in 2024.
Grim!! Unspeakable violent and grim. I should have stopped watching when a baby was killed in the name of honor. Who does that? A old man killed himself because he buries a rotten bird. I could barely get through the last 2 episodes. Avoid if you don't like endless violence and pointless killing.
