The latest PS5 system software update is here, version 10.00! That’s a nice round number, and with it comes the Welcome Hub. Previously known as Explore in the US, the new page which was in beta is now going to go live for everyone with customizable widgets. And yes, everyone is going to get these features! Elsewhere on the change log we have Adaptive Charging for PS5 Slim and Pro consoles, the custom 3D Audio profiles, Party Share Invites, Restoring Licenses, and a few other things. Dollars to donuts, this one is pretty good. I’m not sure what that saying really means, but I think it fits here.

Mine just updated today and it is a lot closer to how it was on ps4. I had an Astrobot animated background to add, similar to the PS Now one they had.

I can't see why they removed the resume activity feature as it was quite useful for games that supported it, it literally took 5 seconds to launch the game and skip the main menu and continue where you left off. What they could do was remove it for games that didn't use it properly or at all but keep it for some 3rd party and most 1st party games like God of War Ragnarök, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, etc.

Why isn't there a better system for party invites. When you go to make a party there should be groups you can select. I shouldn't have to go down to messeages to start a party.

I like the update just wish we had actual themes instead of only when your hovering over the hub
No hub here at launch so stupid why bring it out in the first place!!
