Hear me out about my PlayStation Portable 2 “Day dream” Don’t Use VITA in the name
I believe the ecosystem that The PlayStation Portable 2 is going to be entering is going to be extremely competitive and hostile with Mobile Phones / STEAM DECK (Other variants) / NINTENDO / and to a lesser extent Gaming Laptops. If the PlayStation Portable 2 is to survive in this landscape, PlayStation and STEAM are going to need to come to an agreement where they can run STEAM games on the PlayStation Portable 2 hardware (Obviously through some approval system on both Sony and STEAMs sides). NOT ALL Steam games will work but if they can get a good portion of them working… This may convince the PC community to join up with the PlayStation tribe creating wider appeal.
OVERALL DESIGN SIMILAR TO THE PlayStation PORTAL (Seems close to perfect to me)

EIGHT INCH TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY QD-OLED: 1440p Resolution (Can switch to 1080p to conserve battery) 30 – 120 hz screen w/ VRR and the audio system provided by Sonys Audio team with their 360 sound.
Graphical power comparable to a PS4 Pro, a bit of PS5 and a sprinkle of the PSSR magic you have developed. (AMD I believe in you!)
WIFI 7 & Bluetooth 6.0 (5G network)
1 TB SSD should be standard (Possible to increase storage / swap out for bigger SSD *Potentially up to 8TB*) (Micro SD card slot)
1080p Front Facing / Rear Cam w/ Microphone and audio jack input for wired headphones / headsets.
ONE USB C port for quick charging / data transfer / on TOP of the device.
ANOTHER USB C port on the bottom that is utilized to be DOCKED and PAIRED with a PLAYSTATION 6, PlayStation VR2 and PC (Design a dock that can be connected for PS6 and/or PC)
Docking the PSP2 into your PLAYSTATION 6 utilizing all that horsepower can be used to increase the fidelity and performance for your portable games while continuing your game on the couch once you get home. (EX: Playing Horizon Portable or Gran Turismo Portable or TEKKEN portable BATTLEFIELD portable or even perhaps your STEAM library) they play to what the hardware is capable of and when docked to PS6 increases resolution and graphical fidelity along with frame rate on your BIG SCREEN)

RELEASE PS6 Holiday 2028 (Advertisements should be focused on the ecosystem that all work together: The PS6 console, the PlayStation Portable 2 and the PS VR2 Headset – GAMES GAMES GAMES NEW IPs)
PRICE in 2027… : $999.99 ($899.99 if possible) – I would gladly pay $999.99 to take my PlayStation Games PS Portable 2 games *PS1 – PS6 games, (streaming/CLOUD GAMING) and *PSVR2 games and STEAM games with me everywhere in one device) *Along with Streaming services Netflix, MAX, Amazon Prime and some Social Media Apps
