I am pretty sure those leak images are fake because if that really is what the Switch 2 looks like, it is not going to succeed over the Switch in my opinion. I don't agree, the images are not legit. Nintendo hasn't revealed the Switch 2 so nothing is confirmed. No chance that Switch 2 runs as well as a PS4 or Xbox. Switch 2 is probably still has lag and issues. Rumor is fake since any mention of mega Dragonite, Flygon, Milotic, etc is automatically fake. 280 pokedex is too much for one pokedex.

Pokemon is always great except bdsp never let me down at all other than that

I think starters will be snivy (grass/fairy) piplup (water/poison) and scorbunny (fire/fighting) because they always use fire/fighting

Honestly I’m bummed the water starter is Piplup, I love Piplup, but between BDSP and Arceus, and even Violet DLC it’s over represented. Was hoping for Totodile.

I need influencers like you to stop making excuses for Nintendo's approach to technology. Their claim that game quality matters more than performance undermines the achievements of Xbox, PC, and Sony, who deliver both great games and graphics. I expect the new console to exceed performance expectations because it truly matters. The Nintendo Switch isn't just a little outdated; it's severely lagging. This contributes to the issues we see in Gen 9, and why games like Hogwarts Legacy look terrible on the current console.

The fact that BOTW 2 runs better on the switch than pokemon does just shows they needed to spend more time debugging and optimizing. Hopefully ZA gets it right with the extra tine they took.

I cannot see a starter being given either Dragon or Electric as their secondary typing… unless it is their Mega Evo (like Charizard & Sceptile).
Dragon is usually a higher level/later routes mon. And Electric is usually designated as the early route mons. Giving those types to starters will alter the pattern, and TPC/GF is a Japanese based company that loves following patterns.

I think Legends Z-A will be released on both Switch and Switch 2. Just like how Breath of the Wild was released on both WiiU and Switch.

I think that all this information is very interesting and im going with 50/50 wether this rumour is real or not and I think the Pokédex will be 280 +.

I bet they’ll be some sort of wild areas in the city. Like mini parks or just roam in hordes, that would make the city feel more alive. Hopefully the game is able to do better than scarlet and violet.

I think you're missing a LARGE point. It said PS4 handheld BEFORE DLSS. Assuming most games will take advantage of DLSS, handlheld should absolutely be more in line with PS4 Pro. Same for docked- Series S BEFROE DLSS. We know they will use the advantage DLSS brings, giving results that outpace the Series S.

palworlds designs are legally distinct enough, thats why no copyrights were filed. and as for the patents, thats flimsy at best. throwing x object at y creatures face has been used in several other games, like persona WoW, and starcraft(?). creature capture actually predates pokemon, with the SMT series, and storage box patents are dumb. no one in their right mind would go after that. the reason this lawsuit was filed AT ALL was because nintendo wants to HURT pocket pair financially, and squash any competition. thats it, nintendo has buckets of money they can throw at a lawsuit, and drag it out as long as possible while pocket pair cant. thats the only reason thy do this. nintendo is an evil, greedy company, plain and simple

Don't jinx it, we all expected Gen 8 to look amazing too 😅. Well, Pokemon games tend to not look as well as other games on the same console (compare Gen 8 and Gen 9 to BotW and TotK)
