I've been trying to figure out where to buy these, i cant seem to find the official seller anywhere.

I been trying to get one of this ..i live in the usa. wich is better Gun max or the 10th anniversary .. i have the saga ex2 and cant play many of the n64 ..and other games .. ..maybe i can change boxes and fix this

I don’t know how many of these fly by night companies have released one of these types of underpowered gaming devices, but I’d say there’s a pretty good chance it’s a number I can’t count to.
The thing I wanna know, is how many of them tried taking the road less traveled, and put some effort into making a decent machine that could play every, or how about almost every decent emulator?
Were there even any?
I mean, I’ve seen those expensive portables that are supposed to be along the lines of a steam deck , but your choices are usually between crap for under $100, or premium crap for over $1000, that will likely break through some kind of apple style shenanigans (AKA “forced obsolescence”) There must be an untapped in between market in there somewhere, no?
I’d be happy if a company existed that would take the first step towards going back to making reliable, high quality products that are guaranteed for life without the con of an extended warranty. You’ll pay dearly upfront, but never have to worry about anything happening because they’ll fix it no matter what!
But for something like this to happen outside of my delusional mind, it would also need an honest consumer base that isn’t trying to return it every week for the newer model… Welp, looks like my broken mind is where you shall remain my little friend. It’s probably best not to think about the outside world, as it’s something you’ll never witness.

People don't realise that you can just get an low-end laptop and install emulators on it. The configuration is easier as people think. The pros of using a laptop is that it has it's own display, keyboard and the operating system like Linux is super flexible. You configure it once, get roms of your choice for systems of your choice, a good quality controller of your choice and it's much better than all these boxes, mini consoles with controllers of unknown quality. If you have a thin ultrabook that works few hours on battery you can take it everywhere and play games everywhere.

Still laughable old technology

So what's the best Pandora's box for a Jamma setup? Have a pink Pandora's box(it's 4 years old) is there anything better out there? It's k,but there must be a better jamma setup

Been for years wanting to add lightguns to my windows-powered jamma arcade cab, but windows way seems expensive to me and diy solutions… just sit down my todo list
In there some lightgun capable jamma pandora you know that ticks on not so expensive and 15khz monitor friendly?

they really need to develop a cheaper gun technology to use with the box, they could use the wii technology

Interesting. Noob question. I have an old pandora controller, the ones with the 2 Joysticks. It has one of those boxes inside. Can I simply buy a new pandora box like the one in your review, and replace the box under the joysticks? Is it plug and play?

Minor hardware improvement but a lot of the same issues.

We've seen the Pandora's Boxes with you since Pandora's Box 4 (I think), and they STILL have issues with controllers? WOW, it's 2024. They seem to keep phoning it in these days. Hey Wicked, I would see an issue with dust with those open port holes if someone would just use it as a TV game system. How would you solve that problem?
