was a big fan of dexter and like you i tapped out of new blood it was just dumb (dexter was not very dexterish), what got me interested in dexter in the first place is that its a portrayal of a deeply broken man struggling to find his place in the world and his eventual evolution into a better person (even though season 8 was a disappointment)

Brewster's Millions is one of those films that is constantly remade. The 1985, Richard Pryor, version was already the eighth remake. It's been re-made another five time, since.

The Penguin episode 1 will debut on Thursday Sep 19th but unfortunately episode 2 will be released 10 days later on Sunday September 29th. The episodes that follow will be released weekly on Sundays. Not gonna lie 10 days between the first two episodes is going to feel like an eternity.

But they recreated Taxi Driver and put Joker colours on it and stuffed it into a batmanless world, you had no problem. Then why wouldn't a Good Fellas or like the viewer suggested Harvey Dent lead Court Room drama not have value?? We can't judge value till we have a product.

I'm a big horror movie person. Ever since i was s kid, which is when I first saw Salem's lot, the original TV series. it scared me to death. They use so many things type of scenes from that show in movies after that.

I will check out Dexter: Original Sin for Christian Slater alone. I am a massive Mr. Robot fan. I always liked him. But Robot sold me on watching anything he does.

Wait wait wait — Grand Moff Tarkin blew up Alderan?? Not "Governor Tuck"?!?!?
I always wondered why everyone wasn't more scared of "Governor Tuck" the dude holding Vader's leash . I have seen the scene hundreds of times but have never heard the name "Tarkin" Even just rewatched it now 4 or 5 times on slow play… she never says "Tarkin" in the movie… it's clipped at the end of the word and sounds like "Tuck" to me.
I guess now I know why Tarkin is seen as a BBEG everywhere else.

@Ray I figured this out a few months ago… Wayne Enterprises specializes in medical equipment and facilities for hospitals. Their area of expertise is trauma, broken limbs and rehabilitation…. convenient that Batman has a no kill rule but not against maiming folks! It's a self feeding circle! Batman goes and breaks a bunch of legs. They go to the hospital. Batman gets more money for more leg breaking toys!!!!

knull will be the post credit scene. or the final shot of the movie. Sony can't help themselves from doing that.

Transformers One looks like, from the trailers, a children's movie by way of Illumination. In 1986 we had an animated Transformers movie that didn't FEEL like it was pandering to us as kids (clearly it was meant to sell new toys, but there was some structure and artistry to it), and had the balls to kill off Optimus Prime in the darkest, saddest way possible lol.

This movie is Robot Minions.

Weird how adults 40 and up are excited about this obvious cash grab. Especially if they don't have kids of their own.
