No specialist is a great start. Now if they would have console only crossplay and authentic soldier gear, weapons, etc. It could be really good.
Let's be honest here, Rockstar does the same games but with better mechanics, better graphics and different stories. Trying different things is a huge bet, while you can create a new success, you can also fail miserably. Well, as BF3 and BF4 were such a success, the pro tip for them is to follow that same approach, that all the original fans will be pleased, and new ones will also enjoy it.

to be honest i have 2042 played 4 hours was done with it didnt like it at all got back to bad company 2 and bf3 never gets tired of those two

Jesus Christ stop focusing on Cod. I remember the whole marketing with bf3 being focussed on being a Cod killer. Its just pathetic at a certain point. Focus on making a good game and let the game speak for itself.
