Ill admit its a very nice looking console. The slim and pro look much better than the prototype ps5 that sony sold you all back in 2020. I think Ill stick with my slim tho.

i think if you already have a ps5 this is a questionable upgrade unless your trading it in for money off but if your like me and purely pc gamer and wanting one and dont already have one then its worth it for a extra 200 to get the newest thing

PS is the apple of gaming because you don’t get the stand, or the cd drive with it. And the graphic card is 4 years old and cost over 100 bucks. You can get a gaming pc for 900 that would be better, plus you can play Xbox, PS, and PC games.

Can't believe I wasted my time before realizing that this is just a big promotional video of other than sitting there. Tell us your experience with the game, was there a noticeable difference in performance mode and fidelity? Are they still an option or are they a hybrid in the game? I'd like to know how it performs with regular PlayStation five games that are not first party because it seems like they just have the same ones playing there like Rachet/clank and GT. ffs

I'll never understand why anybody keeps bringing up 8K gaming when they don't exist, unless they're Pac-Man or something very simple not graphically intensive. This isn't a bonus towards the console. It's just a bragging rights that hasn't materialized yet.

No disc so you're encouraged to buy digital versions at full price. When you sell or stop playing the ps5, you LOSE those games as you cannot trade them in or sell them. In economics there is a word for that "sunken cost" you sink your losses without recovery. Even 3 year old games in the playstation store still sell for full price whereas gamestop sells the disc version used for more than half off.
