  1. Bought the ROG Ally Z1 Extreme last year and has become my daily gaming platform. Able to use it when I have my new born sleeping on my lap or on lunch break while I’m at work. Definitely best purchase I’ve made in a long time, runs amazing and with the kill switch case feels just that much better 🤌🏼 love that I can also use it for work due to its windows capability.

  2. The legion Go is the best imo. Had the Ally, OG steam deck, and the OLED deck. The ally screen is too small, the steam deck is nice but can’t run some games without workarounds (anti cheat), the OLED deck screen is the best but it’s still steam OS. The legion go has weak speakers but an amazing screen. I
    Love the switch like setup.

  3. Right now during the Summer Sale on Steam, you can get a 64GB LCD Steam Deck for $296.65 USD. Which, for the "price to performance" is just a good deal. Sure that meager 64GB of storage isn't great, but you can stick in any SD card you already own. You're not gonna be playing any big-budget modern AAA releases that really need 300GB of space and a super-fast SSD to function on a Deck anyways, so an SD card is fine.

  4. This are all overpriced and battery hungry. Except Steamdeck, still it's OP here at where I live.

  5. HEY kislux I have been watching you for years and im so proud of where you have made it! I love you so much! Also thanks for making my day <3

  6. İ brought steam deck this month optimisation most importing think to me and reason to levae pc behind and switch to console and deck most cheapest of them all i buy used almost same price on nintendo switch

  7. Just bought legion go 512 for 579, would have preferred the steam deck oled if it had more power, a better screen resolution, and windows 11 drivers for a dual boot.

  8. Pre-ordered the original Steam Deck and got it on day of release. Loved it, stuck in a 1tb micro sd card full of some of the games i have in the arcade cabinet i built years ago. After awhile, i ran into issues with creating playlists for all my emulated games using the Linux desktop, where it would reset all my playlists every so often. Got on my nerves.

Then the Steam Oled got announced and i was about to pull the trigger, yhen i saw the Ayaneo 2S. It was stupidly expensive but was powerful at the time and looked amazing as it has literally no bezels. I justified the spend by telling myself, ill also ise it as a desktop PC for photo and video editing when im traveling. Stuck in a 4tb ssd i had, threw on a ton of games and used the same front end software I use on my arcade (Bigbox) and its amazing! But yeah, i can't see many people doing that.

  9. We need a handheld that plays pc games but performs as well as the Switch in all areas. Battery life, noise, heat, time spent updating, included docking station and hdmi cable when you buy it, the device will sleep while a game is paused, etc.

  10. Owned a Steam Deck for almost a year before the OLED came out. I loved it so much and thought I'd buy the OLED for my girlfriend for Christmas. When I tested it out to make sure it worked, I fell in love with it and decided to sell my LCD and upgrade to the OLED. Best decision I've ever made. I love it more than any other piece of tech and gaming console I've ever owned. I almost exclusively play on it, except for when I'm not home. That's when I play my RP4P, which in my opinion is the perfect pocketable powerhouse companion.

    Great video man!

  11. I bought a brand new Steam Deck OLED about a month ago. This thing is awesome. It’s convenient and easy to use like a portable console, yet it can play triple A games. If you get a dongle/dock and keyboard, mouse, and monitor…you can use it just like a computer. It truly is one. Layout and some features are different because it is Steam OS/Linux, but it’s nice enough and not too hard to work with compared to windows. Sure you can’t play all games, but people are constantly working to make things work and they usually can, except for anti-cheat games which I don’t really care for anyway.

I am completely new to gaming. I have little interest in competitive and online gaming. I just want to game casually. My laptop is also starting to break. This thing is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a PC, it’s a console. It’s not perfect at either, but it definitely works as both. I can play older PS and Xbox exclusives and mod games. It’s just like a computer, but you will not find a computer more convenient and easy to use when gaming. If everything is hooked up right it also works like a computer just great.

  12. Got an open box z1e ally for 369 great condition, traded series s and and old IPAD I never use and boom 70 dollar ally. Dont forget about best by trade ins as well!

  13. Well for me Backbone one with my Samsung S23+ with all Emulators (from PS2 to Nintendo Switch) is a GO at the moment.

  14. if you want amazing battery but less performance go for oled deck and if you want perfomance over battery go for ally z1 ext.I had all 4 handheld and they are pretty much all good.Msi claw was useless at launch but now its actually really good with all the updates.Scroring 3900 3d mark timespy while ally hits only 3200.

  15. Owned the Steam Deck for a year. Bought an Ally and never looked back. The idea that I cant play basic games like Minecraft or even Roblox on the Steam Deck made me realize it has too many limitations. Also VRR is a must have feature for a handheld used to play modern AAA games as most will be played below 60fps. Buy an open-box Ally and the Best Buy extended warranty and you are good.

  16. I think you are inthecloset LeGo lover
😅 you mention the others but you gave more FaceTime to the Legion go. So admit it the Legion go is the best

  17. I was stuck between the Legion Go and Deck OLED because the Go was on a huge sale. Then I realized that I prefer my console experience to that of Windows and that made me get the OLED. I have had it for almost a week and can't say that I regret it one bit. I can play my emulated PSP games, remote play my PS5 and play Steam and Epic games all in one place. The customization is great when I got Decky Loader on and it reminds me of the time when I modded my PSP (fun and glad to have something similar).

  18. I assume you are going by the valve ratings but fall guys works great on steam deck even though listed as unsupported

  19. I bought them all at the same time to test, kept steam deck oled sent legion go and rog ally back, the deck is a proper console the others are a real pain and inconvenience compared to the deck I might sound like a fan boy but if you’re on the fence go with the deck, you won’t regret it, I regretted the other two to the point if they weren’t so expensive I probly would have thrown them against the wall

  20. There is no confusion brother
    Best and affordable: steam deck
High performance and expensive: legion go
If ur a japanese school girl then nintendo switch 😂

  21. I own a Steam deck lcd 512gb and up upgraded to an 1tb ssd. And I should’ve wait for an oled but I can’t wait and bought the lcd model anyways. I should’ve waited and bought the oled

  22. Sleep mode on the Steam Deck is a super underrated feature. Not needing to meddle with windows and to quickly power on and off my device is PRICELESS. I like to play quick bursts <30mins at a time. Games like Hades1&2, Dirt Rally2, Art of Rally, run flawlessly @90hz. At home I like to use Chiaki4deck and play AAA while my kids hog the TV. Can’t wait for the next version of the Steam Deck. Get the OLED version if you can, temper your expectations and what you can realistically play, and enjoy your device

  23. I love my Legion Go, my main point is to have a big display and I’m also glad Lenovo currently has the best hardware

  24. i went from a steam deck oled and im going to get a legion go next week. my reason is the bigger screen, its more comfortable and i dont trust asus anymore.

  25. I want ask something I don't have a laptop so I planning or buy one and I see this handheld console I kinda like it because I don't like playing games on keyboard I like to play games on phone to be honest and this handheld console looks good and I want to use as a PC too for regular work and the rog ally as a window 11 and I see lots and lots of videos can I really use rog ally as my pc so and if I want to do some heavy work like editing i can use my brother laptop but mosty I will use mine so I'm asking you bro can I use a rog ally for both gaming device and laptop .👀and I like rog ally because it has windows 11 and nice , performance , And I can play any game I want in it, compare to steam deck .
