What's going on with hauntie therapist

Toooooo many red flags in this movie, do not like it. Talking about a clients, with her friend knowing what her profession is and barging into her office. She taking a ride home from a client, accepting gifts and him visiting her home. If you cannot do it right do not do it at all.
