I can't bring myself to get visual novels instead of just watching an anime, but guess I'm just old.

I've had my eye on Dwerve for a while. I think it looks good. I also want The Oregon Trail. I also heard The Courier is releasing physically later this year. Got my eye on that, too.

It’s been about maybe a month and a half since I picked up Lost Epic for the switch…thinking it would never get a physical…well darn lol.

Bitmap Bureau Collection and Lost Epic are the ones I'm most interested in. Will have to keep an eye out for reviews to see if I want to pick them up.

Had a look at the devs for Stories from Sol, they're UK based (Cardiff and Bristol) hence the Europe over US physical release.

My most hyped game is Metaphor, which I will buy closer to the time, but I am really glad that you spoke about STALKER. I have been wondering about the PA version having English. I have that preorderd and I used your link so I hope it works.

Metaphor and Cat Quest 3 will both be future pick-ups for sure. If One Piece runs decently on Switch I might try to grab it for my wife, otherwise it'll be a PS4 pickup at some point in the future.

Mushoku Tensei seems interesting, I will wait for a review closer to release though.

The Gaming Historian recently did a full documentary on The Oregon Trail and spoke with its creators. None of them get a penny. It was released almost like freeware through a Minnesota public educational corporation, so rights went to the corporation which, through multiple buyouts, sit with the current IP owner. The creators said they received a copy of the second game and a t-shirt on one of the major anniversaries, and that's it. But they aren't bitter, because they're teachers first and the game has helped educate millions.
