Playstation has had an ongoing deal with R* since GTA 5 that is still active. Not exclusivity deal, but marketing. When GTA 6 starts ramping up advertising, expect to see that PS logo used in the advertising like they did primarily with GTA5 and RDR2.
Kinda like how Hogwarts Legacy was.
It was multiplatform day one, but all the ads showed only Playstation.
The same happened with GTA and RDR
