    Happy gaming! Glen and Mark

  2. Skyrim! Both Zelda BOTW and TOTK. Immortals Fenyx Rising. Just to name a few. Interestingly, I have an ROG Ally as well, but keep finding myself playing my Switch more.

  3. Hogworts is way better than it has any business being. Not going to actually challenge the Witcher, but very worth a play

  4. You have it backwards Fallout is based on Wasteland. Wasteland came out in 86 Fallout came out in 97.

  5. Absolutely low breath of The wild I. Spent so much time playing that game Almost a 100 hours and instill didn't beat the. So we'll game our do. Anything important tears of the Kingdom? I did not like It felt like a expensive D l c

  6. Unless they patched it up, i'd steer clear from Wasteland 2, that game broke my heart on the second half of the game when it kept crashing every couple of minutes.
Unplayable unfortunately, one of my favorite games in the last couple of years tbh

  7. Snowrunner was a huge surprise to me, regarding just how addictive I found exploring. Like was mentioned regarding botw, I spent many hours just fooling around, not completing tasks.

  8. I was so taken with the ship exploration and battles in Black Flag that I no longer have much or any interest in those Assassinโ€™s Creed games that donโ€™t include it. The Switch version is top notch. Smooth and crisp. Itโ€™s a game I still come back to a lot.

  9. I have fragile mental health sometimes, and Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom have been a sanctuary for me, so I totally get what youโ€™re saying about a relaxing world. Hell, the hope of finding more relaxing worlds is exactly why Iโ€™m here ๐Ÿ˜‚

  10. Some great open world games on the Switch! Zelda, Hogwarts, Assassin's Creed, Arceus, Witcher… Can't wait to see what open world games look like on the next Switch iteration!

  11. The Witcher 3 is one of my favorite games of all time. It's definitely in my top 3. The world, characters, and overall vibe are just amazing in my opinion

  12. This really makes me want to play some open world on the switch but I can't decide between Dragons Dogma, Assassins Creed, or Red Dead Redemption.

  13. Mario Odyssey… I know Mario 64 was "the" game but I think I enjoyed Odyssey more.

  14. Black Flag is still my favorite Assassin's Creed and a plus it comes with Rogue for free

  15. Dragon's Dogma is such a masterpiece, kinda underrated but it is slowly changing. Tip for anyone playing it right now. Killing the dragon IS NOT the end of the game, after the credits whole new area of the map opens up and there you can achieve "true ending". Also loved Snowrunner, chill game for chill evenings. I haven't played Souls 1, hunting for good-priced physical edition.

  16. I loved every moment of Tears of the Kingdom, to the point of playing that game almost exclusively for months on end. In the end, I finally finished the game with 255 hours of playtime on the counter, which is quite a lot more than the 160 hours I spent on Breath of the Wild (including the Champion's Ballad DLC). It was just perfect for me. But it's made me realise how little time I actually have for gaming in general, and however much I like open world games it's really hard to commit to a game you know will suck 70 hours of your time or more. Still, got a few more open world games in my backlog (like Immortals Fenyx Rising), and a few more on my wishlist (like No Man's Sky) and I'll definitely play them at some point, but finding the time to do so is really a challenge when you're an adult…

  17. I still need to dive into the Witcher 3 properly. Beat Arceus. Working on Black Flag and Hogwarts Legacy.

  18. I know you guys have to be my age range, so i was yelling at the screen when you said wasteland was based on fallout. wasteland came out first by almost a decade i think and heavily influenced the first fallout.

I was playing Wasteland on my C64 in 1989, and it was Awesome. a real nice change of pace from all the fantasy rpg titles. Wasteland had maybe the best box cover art of any game from that era too, iconic.

  19. About a month into Witcher 3 – very open world but many were right in that randomly veering off one of the many paths is somewhat useless. What a game though.

  20. Really like this video. Iโ€™ve never played Arceus but really want to. Will it ever go on sale digitally??

  21. There is a A Link to the Past remake… itยดs called A Link Between Worlds do not hate me for the comment

  22. Oooh nice selection, looking forward to part two and three. I enjoyed RDR more than I'm currently enjoying it's sequel on Xbox, not sure why but it just hasn't grabbed me the same.
