Does the PSN thing mean that you will need PS+ in order to play tsushima multiplayer?
I've seen alot of complaints about the Sony account thing and I didn't really get it, why's it a big deal? I haven't played HD2 or anything that requires it so I'm in the dark, sounded to me like you just had to make an account though. Didn't sound like ps+ was required
So once again, news is only positive on this channel, what about the negative news…. like how Helldivers 2 community are angry at sony for forcing them to log onto a console network to play on a pc game… you need to address both sides of gaming news otherwise its just a release announcement channel…
yeah, the psn account not required (unless you want to play the full game, including multiplayer, that is) BUT in the meantime they pulled the game from about 200 countries on steam.

Yeah, I put Ghost of Tsushima into my wait-and-see list for at least a year. Sony sounds like the type of company that in six months will decide that you need a PSN account to play the Single Player side of things. This good old Texas boy is going to be very wary of Sony after Helldivers 2.
I just hope guys behind Hi-Fi rush form new studio and make similar game, because it would be huge shame if we never see game like Hi-Fi rush again 🙁

(v2) Ghost of Tsushima on Steam : media report (May 10 and 11, 2024) that players living in over 170 countries/territories are being refunded, and so logic is that they will soon not sell it there at all. ERRATUM: it seems the confusion is caused by bad journalism practices online. You can buy the game from non-PSN countries, at least this is what I see now objectively. So what this video says seems accurate at the moment.
