Nintendo came out swinging with the presumably last Nintendo Direct that belongs solely to the Nintendo Switch. With a brand new Zelda game where you finally play as the titular character in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom and, after seven years, a first-look at Metroid Prime 4 gameplay, which very much looks like a Switch 2 release. this was an amazing direct for me who loves mario games and dragon quest. The Zelda game also really intrigued me, as someone who loved the innovative aspects in botw and totk. I've also been hoping for the hello kitty game to come to switch!

Nintendo needs a new console desperately. These games are starting to look like they came out 5 years ago.
