My sources in the Norwegian game industry has told me that this whole thing is not what the government actually wanted.
So if you did not know both my parents works and by taxes in Norway. so My family funded Dustborn and we are so PROUD of our amazing game.
So Dustborn is a game made by Red Thread Games with director Ragnar Tørnquist and is arguably the worst game ever made and yes it is funded by Norwegian government.
Technically the money comes from Norsk filminstitutt – which have a history of making extremely terrible cringe movies (Norsk filminstitutt = Norwegian Movie institution)
It also founded by the European Union
but it gets worse. I have inside sources telling me that this whole thing is a SCAM by the company towards the government allegedly they told the government they where making yet another Norwegian focused culture game.
