Black Myth Wukong – PS5 4K 60FPS Gameplay

Game is finally out. I didn't see any options for in game HDR settings, so recorded in normal. PS5 version is pretty decent. Some fps drops during transitions and stuff but overall I'm enjoying it. I showcase the other modes after the initial cutscenes and tutorial boss. Performance is pretty good. Balance has some ghosting effect which looks awful, and Quality is a bit too choppy for me. Gonna post part 1 soon. Enjoy!

I haven't purchased this game yet. Seems more like a "wait till it goes on sale" type of game. But definitely worth a purchase. I'm glad people stopped calling it a "souls-like."

I have a PS5 connected to a Sony Bravia A90J. I run 120hz and on MOST games I'd probably play in performance mode for the frame rate.

I'm 37 and don't have the best vision. I sit about 10-12' away from my TV and I would argue it always looks nice and crisp as hell.

For an OLED TV, I hate messing with the dynamic black levels sometimes. Sometimes it's almost TOO deep and I need it brighter just to see details in, say, a cave or something.

But the fact people care so much about certain visual details is ridiculous to me. Games today are LIGHTYEARS beyond games we had growing up, or even games from 10 years ago.

You're all just PICKY and SPOILED.. especially PC players. There's NO reason you couldn't enjoy this game on a PS5 in Performance or even Quality mode.

After playing more than 5hrs on ps5 i can say that it's nothing like what they showed us. May be this was the reason why there was no ps5 review for this game. I have not encountered the frame drops but the image quality is just so poor. Thinking about asking for refund

Just played it a bit (quality and perf mode) – might be a great game for gameplay but for graphics Horizon forbidden west (expecially burning shores add on) remains still undefeated on ps5. TBH I'm slightly disappointed. Why more game devs aren't using Horizon game engine?

This reminds me of God of War 3 on the PS3. Never before achieved level of graphics, running at an uncapped framerate, and shuffling between 40 to 60fps. I will enjoy it for the 60fps, brave out the 40s, and have a blast just like I did in God of War 3.

Ohh the performance mode looks great, I was worried about the PS5 version.

People are disregarding Balance Mode, it's at 40-45 frames on my PS5 slim and looks great. Performance Mode goes full picasso painting to get 60 lmao can't do it.
