I recall that PS5 copies have been sent out but the embargo on that version will end either the day of or the day before release.

Yes, I'm pretty sure there are some issues. Based on the IGN review of the PC version they encountered a bunch of technical issues that they can't show because the embargo is only partially lifted for the PC version until the game is released.

Xbox and PlayStation know they have different reputations amongst gamers. An unoptimized game on Xbox will have people talking about the series S and trashing Xbox. An unoptimized game on PlayStation will have people trashing the developers.

In fairness COD is like 4 Full Games in one package. So the crazy file size can be justified. But there should be way to make it smaller because I don't like having to manage cherry picking content. I want to have the entire game available at "any" time.
