Rust console will never be as good as pc as people are playing on last gen consoles . I swapped to new gen at Christmas, takes 50 camp fires before I start to lag

Adding drones in before helis makes sense it could work to test performance without ruining gameplay directly. The community update might be a thing where they let server owners add helis to their servers at their own risk of people on last gen joining the server.
Can you auto tea farm like you put the berries in a box and then it goes to a mixing table. Can you do that and it starts mac & teas the ones that you choose
I wonder what is keeping them from launching air/land transportation. They definitely have prototype models that they test, there must be a lot of bugs they can't iron out.
