In this video we take a first look at the all new AYANEO Pocket Micro retro inspired handheld gaming device. Powered by android this small form factor handheld packs a punch, with 3.5” IPS screen and a Hello G99 cpu this micro is turning out to be a pretty nice piece of tech. We do an unboxing, go over the specs and even test out some games like Minectaft and of corse emulation like GBA using retroiarch, PSP using PPSSPP, Dreamcast, Gamecube with the dolphin emulator and even PS2 emulation in the AYANEO Pocket Micro.

Great design and it's cool how much it can run, but realistically I'm not gonna be using this for anything more intense than PS1 and N64 with this screen size, and at that point the price feels a little too high for what it offers.

That's actually extremely impressive. Biggest display and most power I've seen in a micro form factor. This might be what i get instead of the rp mini. Not as powerful, but great pocketability for what it can do

I was waiting for something like this. I actually own the Gameboy Micro, and it's soooo small… and still has a great screen. I'm not so sure about Android as a base system but I have seen a lot of great emulators on it, running great. I'll definetely buy it.
