This character, Zula Hendricks, is from the Dark Horse Comics "Aliens: Defiance". Zula is also friends with Amanda Ripley in the comics.

Lucky they got that disclaimer at the bottom, this looks worse than Isolations graphics in so many places 🤣 hopefully they spent more time on the foundations than janky arse VR elements.

I dont think this one is gonna be as good as Alien isolation, I still play alien isolation sometimes, don’t remember how many times I’ve finished the game 😄

Was hoping for gameplay more akin to Alien Isolation but oh well. The isolation environment and colonial marine's gameplay mix still seems cool tho. I just hope they have hard and nightmare difficulty options, as I know they're gonna simplify the ai on normal to where they stand there staring or something for a whole 2~4 seconds before attacking for new vr players

I hope this gets a physical release, for Playstation 5.

Looks good. I didn't like Alien Isolation, cz hiding and sneaking isn't my style. I would have loved it a lot better if there were more weapons and more xenos in it, where you had very limited ammo and had to be very careful when to use it.

This monster will be the main enemy and we're with Xenomorphs, right? Right?

I am sceptical that an alien game can be good if you play a one-man army against the xenomorphs… especially after Isolation.

Would have liked more of an Alien Isolation vibe rather than 'generic first person shooter with an alien skin' but what can ya do atleast we're gettin something on PSVR2 for once 😂 beggers can't be choosers 😭

Been excited for this since the announcement……..however…

The worse voice acting i've heard in a while.

Xulu Hendricks you have a xenomorph hunting you and presumably you are alone but you sound like you're bored at a company picnic.
If this is a spiritual successor to alien isolation then this is embarrassing. I'm sure the gameplay will be great but there is no terror, fear or emotion in that voice actor. Truly horrifying.

So a re-hash of Isolation then?

Looks stellar. Hope they nail the balance shooter vs stealth/story. A pure shooter would be fun, but with the right balance of stealth, story and ambiance this would be amazing.

Good to see that Zula Hendricks is back (loved the Comics Angloside Amanda Ripley) wonder when this game Will be Set and if we shall see either Davis and Ripley or Even her “Daughter” Mae.
