I do wish they'd chill with the jump scares, they're pretty annoying at this point. Like the atmosphere of the trailer was cool and scary and then the end is "ooga booga booga scary faces" and I'm leaving the trailer being annoyed by that, rather than drawn in by the atmosphere.

I'm going to miss Alan Wake, especially since we won't be able to play as him again, not even in this expansion. I hope Remedy brings him back in future releases, he's an amazing character.

Guess we're gonna find out if Alan's plan to write a group as powerful as the FBC into existence and creating Jesse as their "superhero" to defeat the Darkness is going to pay off or not.

I'd love to point out the humanistic bit of this trailer, cause nowadays I see people stoop down to just throwing in any disturbing means of scaring the user as much and as certainly as possible, just for the sake of it.
Even though this one's delivering suspense, dread & horror, even more so it does it the most straightforward way, I can't help but to put myself on a place of someone very sensitive & easy-to-traumatize & say that the trailer isn't that way at all! Respect for the artistic qualities! Not traumatizing, but damn well spooky. Goosebumps but not stomachache

Like, the dark words are SO straightforward, it feels somehow very… metal. Can't wait!
