I got it immediately after seeing the post! I have yet to place my review, but every time I turn on my laptop lil Silver is the first thing on my screen.

@Silvervale I love it, but it fails with different resolution monitors. 😭 She dips below the lower pixel monitor

My desktop is a picture of deep space, is she okay without air?

For reference sake, there are 336 hours in 2 weeks.
Ascule has had mini Silvervale on his desktop for 323.3 of those 336 hours.
He has had this pet Silver running almost constantly. The absolute GigaChad.

Looks like my first comment got deleted. Is it intentional that desktop icons rearrange themselves after launching Pocket Waifu? It's adorable but for like 4 days straight my shortcuts have been scrambled.

I just hope more things get added over time.

For reference, with the reviewer that has 323 hours on record in the last two weeks… There are 336 hours in 14 days. So, this person adopted lil Silver 7 hours after she dropped on Steam. And has not turned her off since.

Funny, she only shows the positive reviews, not the negative ones claiming this is a substantial resource hog, a overly demanding glorified Tamagotchi (so calling it a "game" is misleading), and ultimately serves mainly as fuel for unhealthy parasocial behavior. I wonder if she has a bias/s? Also, lets be real comparing this to bonzai buddy is not the marketing you want 'cuz that was known to be malware and considering the resource demand I'm already assuming this turns your computer into a cryptominer for Silver or whoever developed it.

I like Silver, I think she's fairly cute, her song Home sits on my Spotify playlist, and most importantly for me I find her amusing, if this is really harmless then I suppose there's no problem with it. That being said, considering we live in a world that's actively trying to replace interpersonal relations with screens and A.I., this most assuredly isn't harmless, the initial concept may have been meant to be harmless but using these kind of programs is bad for peoples mental health.

I was on vacation when this aired and didn't know about it till now. I'm glad you enjoyed my review Silver, also I would have gotten away from Lil Silvy if it wasn't for you meddling chat
