Killer Klowns from Outer Space had quickly become my favorite “Horror” movie when I first saw it during COVID Lockdown in 2020.
Much to my shock, when I saw the teaser trailer for the game in August 2022, I just about lost my mind.
My brother and I had vowed to pack up our PS4s and live life without videogames until it’s announced release in March 2023. Unfortunately, the game’s release was delayed, and the Twitter account, as well as the website for the game, went all but completely dormant. Hope was slowly dwindling, and I thought the game’s release would be canceled.
But then, a new announcement came, that Illfonic had become involved and the publishing rights were transferred to them, from Good Shepherd.
I was relieved, but underwhelmed, as I’d hoped the Devs would stay active until the game came out. My own excitement level had gone down. When the game finally came out, I barely wanted to play it. But the more I did, the more I started to like it, and eventually love…
