When is the PS5 Pro Coming Out?

I predict early september reveal and late october release for the new cod and silent hill 2 remake. Judging by the new 2tb xbox price would be between $600 to $700. I would be surprised if it more than $700.

I have a Ps 4 slim and a ps4 pro. I was not able to get a PS5 because of scalpers and chip shortages.
This year, around February the PS5 was available again, but for a bigger price,
some bundle are still sold for 750-850€ range in Germany, crazy, I know.
At this point I have decided to skip the regular PS5 and wait for PS5 pro.
Bought a day ago a Samsung 990 pro 4TB with heatsink, all I need is that pro variant.
If will be released I think the prices will be around 650-700€, at least in Germany.

Pro isn’t coming anytime soon because of the whole Pandamix situation. But honestly, it’s not even needed until AI is fully integrated into the CPU. And let’s be real, that’s like The Space Odyssey having a casual hangout with Skynet 😆

I have to say I love my PS5. It's been my favorite console since PS1 and 2. The PS4 Pro was also nice. Sony needs to understand that most of us PS fans will give them all of our money.

PS5 Pro will focus more on Ray Tracing. It's a new technology just like 4K was when the PS4 Pro came out.
It will not be as powerful as the current Nvidia GPU's but it'll do the job. I doubt that it will support high quality frame rates in 4k. Maybe 4k60fps or 4K VRR

I got back to playing PlayStation with the PlayStation 4 pro previously to that the last PlayStation I played was a PS2. And the only reason why I got it was because of Spider-Man I couldn’t believe Spider-Man wasn’t coming to other consoles, but I had to play so I had to get a PS4 and at the time there was no point of getting a slim if the PS4 pro was significantly better. This time around I have a PS five I barely play it. There’s no games that I’m interested in coming out for outside of Wolverine and who knows when that’s coming so I’m probably not going to get a PlayStation five Pro even though I say that and going to see it, and for some reason, I want to buy it like I brought a OLED switch and I don’t play the Redbox switch or the OLED switch. I’m gonna try to be financially responsible and just wait until the PS six.

The PS4 pro was a major upgrade from the base ps4, I owned both. Modern-day games are huge and take up a lot of storage space , and are very performance demanding, I would be pumped for a ps5 pro as a current ps5 owner , but it would have to be leaps and bounds better than the original PS5.

Why should the PS5 pro come out?

I'll get a ps5pro when ps6 is released.
The reason being that in my country new consoles are uber overpriced and I will most likely want something new due to the hype and it seems that an xbox will be redundant (at the end of last gen I got an xbox to play those exclusives prior to getting a ps5).

Im definitely buying this pro will put the slim in the living room.

PS5 doesn't need a Pro model. I understood the PS4 since it didn't support 4K, and not all games had 60fps/they couldn't offer different performance modes, but the PS5 is powerful enough as it is imo.

They need a ps5 elite model that costs 2 grand and can be upgraded to ps6 elite components, rtx 5090 fighting power. Cus pc is like 20% hackers so u cant play anything with crossplay on, n thats anticheat solved right there. 4k 240fps and 1440 480fps, overclocked controllers. It would revive gaming and make it way bigger getting some high end stuff without hackers.

i purposely held out on getting the ps5 just so i could get the pro. there would be no point in buying it a couple months before the pro drops.
