If I wanted yet another Star Wars game with a male protagonist I could have gotten Jedi Survivor or Fallen Order.

I bought the ultimate edition. And it started to crash and reboot my system since Kay landed on the planet where she gets the Speeder 1st. I could do some quests in the market, but it causes crashing, rebooting when she is on the outside field. I paid money, and Ubisoft gave this. Where is my Early Access? If it is not Ubisoft, is it Intel (CPU)? Microsoft (OS)? ASUS (Motherboard)? Razer (Keyboard, Mouse.)? Sony (DualSense)? Or is this NVIDIA?
