Astro’s Playroom is a platform video game developed by Japan Studio’s Team Asobi division and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 5. The game is a sequel to Astro Bot Rescue Mission. Astro’s Playroom is a 3D platformer in which the player controls the title character Astro Bot, a small robot, using the DualSense controller. Like in its predecessor, he is able to jump, hover, punch enemies and objects, as well as use a spin attack by charging his punch. The haptic feedback of the controller is used to provide realistic tactile vibrations from actions, such as walking on different types of material.

  1. I don’t understand how ps5 doesn’t have any games that utilize the controller like this free game. Very weird. Sackboy is ok with the sounds, but nothing is Like Astro. Very weird

  8. i'm annoyed to find out only now that this game was more than 20x the tech demo I assumed it was by it's title implying that this would be one single room of stuff to do, not a whole station. I thought Sony stopped supporting their E for Everyone IP to this degree.

  11. This was one of the best casual games ps5 had.
    Fun, light, creative, in short it makes you smile.
