I think as pure actions games go DMC5, Stellar Blade and God of War should be your go tos.. Some of these others, while good, you could for sure lump into other categories technically. I would at least. They all do have great action elements though!

Great list Rosy !! But you should have made it a Top 12 or 13 list. The honorable mentions just as good if not better than some of the games in the actual list when it comes to depth of Action combat mechanics.

I really like the list. But personally, I’d take out Rise of the Ronin and put in Final Fantasy 7 Remake/Rebirth in there. On PSN there’s even a twin pack, giving you a heavy discount on the second game.

RETURNAL is THE BEST PS5 game out there. Easily.
I'd add Spider-man 2 to the mix. That game had stellar sequences and the fact that you could switch between Peter and Miles and take on enemy groups together was awesome.

I got a copy of the Resident Evil 4 remake for my birthday. I'm looking forward to playing it since I've heard it's just as good as the original Resident Evil 4.
