CDprojekt Red absolutely could have made that game on last generation consoles..
They wasted time and money in development of night city and "revolutionary NPC AI" witch ultimately got cut.
They could have just used the dev kits from the jump instead of playing around.
THAT'S why there was no console review copies because they were hiding that they didn't do their job.

This hardcore gamer prefer console gaming my preferred platform is PlayStation I feel no type of way of other gamers playing on PC I will continue to be a console gamer and nothing will change that I buy every game I want to play on PlayStation I have a gaming laptop I never turn it on I started out PC gaming back in my day Sega change my life (history lesson) I started gaming on the 2600 Atari the 5200 Atari floppy disk gaming once consoles was a thing I stayed stuck and there's nothing out there will change that 💯
