Actually all game companies based in China are required to do this, in fact some MMOs by Netease even censor the words CCP, China, Chinese and COVID in their in-game chat. It's a code of conduct that the CCP makes mandatory for these companies to require/enforce.

It’s not a good look to publish a list that goes into the specifics. Some of the things they listed are going to serve as anchor points for future media attacks. If I were them I would just keep it vague, ban all politics and social issues from the game reviews as they have no place when it comes to grading a video game.
