I definitely agree that the best story games are from RPGs. I'm a huge fan of Persona 5 and have wanted to get Fire Emblem too.

10,000 games on the Switch…? Probably but 9,500 are horrible bait including gamekit creations, terrible ports, awful mobile phone knock-offs and OK-ish games that don't work in hand-held mode. Every game should work in every mode. Even the puke-worthy ones. Once upon a time Nintendo would curate their libraries and should do again.

getting persona 5 as a starter is easily the best choice for me, this game just reels you in to the world of persona and made me buy persona 4 and try out persona 3 reload on xbox game pass

Both persona 5 royal on the ps4 I have and animal crossing new horizons got me through the pandemic. Also final fantasy 7 remake I played a lot. With persona my first game was persona 4 golden (this was before persona 5 came out and the franchise was popular). I recently started playing yakuza which is the same people who made persona 5 and it’s really fun to. If you like persona yakuza is a must try.

My friend got me into the xenoblade chronicles games and I love them. I also love there’s quest crossovers between xenoblade and Zelda.

As a fellow Brit, I can relate to your comments about animal crossing and lockdown. It kept me and my partner sane and enabled us to play online with friends and family. Will be forever thankful to this game and the timing of its release.

Stardew valley remains for me the game where I completely lost my hours into. Unicorn Overload and 13 sentinels are also my biggest games.

That is so funny what you said about Stardew Valley! I feel like I am exactly the same way… I’m still in that phase where I start the game just barely and then I move on and then when I come back to the game I sort of forget about everything I want to restart it againI’m so glad you have this perspective because now I really want to start it again and commit!
