Microsoft lost me a long time ago when they got away from the $60 for a year subscription. Just pushing me towards a PC build more and more. I won't eve purchase another console. Defend them Microsoft and Sony all they want, but they are ruining gaming on console. Specially when you get older and don't have as much time to play games but 1 or 2 days a week for 2-3 hrs.

Darn, real upsetting to hear Xbox price increases. I’m also kinda upset you didn’t like once human. I remember hearing about that in a video about upcoming games, and it looked amazing. Didn’t know it was going to be a live service free to play. I think I’ll stick with descendants.

As an Microsoft Paid user for more then a Decade, I'll be canceling. After 15 years of price increases and having kids. I'm done, I'll take my $220 a year for something else.

Welp. It's definitely time to cancel my GamePass Ultimate subscription… Now I have to consider whether or not PC GamePass is worth it 😒

Personally, I don’t have a problem with remakes, especially if it’s an old game from the ps1/ps2/n64/dreamcast era. A lot of games were good, but I feel like many developers may have been limited by the technology of the time to really produce a product that fully realized their ideas.

Pay to play Era sucks but Diane if you budget your lifestyle around your budget.

Black State just looks like more photoreal MGSV to me, which is fine. Give me more Quiet and I'm sold. If it's playable at launch (if the pre-launch reviews say it's fine), I'll probably buy it day 1 with more sexy badass lady. No companions, though? Eh. Maybe for $30. Oh, and actually now that I think about it, I don't buy games at $70. I refuse to go above $60+tax. So probably not actually Day 1 no matter what… but you get my point. Sexy badass lady and playable = instant purchase at $60.

The price increase wouldn't feel so bad if their top expensive projects weren't fails. Feels like we're paying for that mistake at this point rather than market changes.

Netflix is still more expensive than Xbox game pass. But Im not familiar with how this system works. How much goes to devs and what not.

Remember folks. Nvidia featured The Day Before on their channel. We saw how that turned out. Dont fall for hyper realistic tech demos unless they can put the game in front of you.

I don’t really get the complaints all that much, I know it costs more but honestly you’re getting quite a bit out of it. And $20 a month ain’t that bad, if you don’t want to pay it don’t pay it. But if you do great enjoy it, I don’t see the issue. Maybe some people can’t afford that price increase but it’s only $2 a month that is not significant at all.

I cancelled my GamePass subscription. I don't care about Day One games.

I give it 20 fps on the 4070 1080p low settings

If you buy x12 games a year that’s $840. Gamepass is only about $200 so for me it’s still a saving.

I don't want photorealistic, I want a good game. No microtransactions, complete at release with no gamebreaking glitches, and actually delivers, not a massive empty open world or crappy characters throughout.

I hate that gamepass is going up but its still a great deal at the end of the day now that games are $70. So many big titles this year are on gamepass

With Star Wars being in the state it is nowadays, and the fact that Sweet Baby Inc is involved, I'm not even considering Outlaws anymore.

I bought an Xbox one x with the plan to actually buy game pass for the consoles.

Been playing a lot of 360 games lately with my kid and seemed like a plan. I've bought most of the 360 games I wanted with couch co-op. But if they play better or have upgrade patches and get the few exclusives xbox one and series compatible titles why not.

Now whatever I'm over it. I couldn't care less about COD if I had to. Last one that I enjoyed and didn't feel was a POS was world at war. Co-op campaign yes please. Multi-player shown in the dumpster and burned… yes please. At least for me.
