I never thought that Konami would fall into the trap of making games for a modern DEI/Woke audience. This one is not for gamers who love the original Silent Hill 2 or think that this is 'just' a remake.

This trailer is bad but I’m convinced the developers know what they are doing. Just go check one of their previous games, Observer. They absolutely know how to create atmosphere.
This is likely the Konami marketing team trying to make the game look more mainstream than it is.

Welp. I'm glad that they understood that having SICK battles and combat was the core of what made sh2 great. Can't wait for the "reap what I sow" and other hammer over the head subtleties. Modern audiences will like it for sure though.
