Leaks from manufacturers have provided more details on what updates Nintendo’s Switch 2 could have over the original. The leaks suggest magnetic joy-con, longer battery life, a larger and higher-resolution screen, and 4K output in docked mode. If there's no backwards compatibility more or less switch 2 will probably have a few non-crashing games upon release. consolewannabe cartoonish at 4K isn't that amazing? 😉

It's cool yall talk about the pc handhelds but casual players don't care about the power or even the pc mobile consoles at that they care about the games and simplicity which moat people don't know what the steam deck and others even are

Nintendo got destroyed by the gaming media for the Wii U. Today we have XBOX and PS both having released failed systems that were both lauded and honored by the gaming media.
There is a bias. If it were not for their strengths Nintendo would be done for because of the gaming media.
Nintendo is definitely playing it safe, if it ain't broke just make some modifications and still make millions.

Backwards compatibility on any console is not a feature, should be a given.
Imagine having a external disc tray to play GameCube games or have hook ups to play and 64 games
Im thinking of a graphic memory expansion dock so every actual switch would upgrade and of course you can sell it with an oled switch
