Oh, no, Gung-ho is developing this. They did such a shabby job with the Grandia remasters 😢.
It's a crying shame we never got two more Lunar Games that focused on the other two Dragons. Silver Star Story focused on the White Dragon and Eternal Blue had us play with the Red Dragon. We still need a Black and Blue dragon centered games.
