I always told myself that the day Shenmue on Dreamcast becomes expensive, we have officially entered a new era of collecting.
Gaming has crashed since ps5
Plot twist: PeteDorr actually bought all of these
Hold my Wavebird!
Why are you not searching sold/completed item? Isn't that how the market is set? I have never sold my stuff. Just asking.
Yeah I was checking the Sega Mega CD and prices have jumped right up 😮
You know what else is expensive?
Splatterhouse figures from Unbox Industries
Shenmue isn't rare. You can go to any retro game store and find a copy. I spent 50 bucks on it before Covid. Dreamcast games aren't rare.
oof I had a CiB Shenmue I sold it a couple years ago for $40
This used to be nice hobby. 🙂
I would definitely like to see more of these pricing highlight videos. Its fun seeing what you have found out there and its really entertaining and fun seeing things we didnt know existed too. Thanks Pete, great idea!
I've been getting some good deals on original Xbox and 360 games lately. Trying to grab what I want before prices really skyrocket
Man I can’t stand ai descriptions. Ever since they added that I feel like I’m in the dark with so many items.
More of these please Pete, so interesting to see how people throw away $
Always a good time when there is a new PeteDorr video

The reason why that copy of rocket league sold so high is the original collectors edition came with a code for an in game item that was removed from the item store. The only way to get it now is with that code.
Emulators changed my life 😊
Be careful of the recent scam going around on eBay of people selling counterfeit PS1 games.
What’s the worst part is these scalpers are flying all the way to Japan to buy stuff because they have bled dry the supply stock of retro games here. It’s just sick.
I love these eBay videos! 💜
I don't trust ebay…I've noticed some inconsistencies with sold items compared to for sale items. I would have something in my saved searches, and never get any newer or better deals on the item, but somehow the sold listings would show a recent great deal on the item I was looking to buy. I think ebay is using AI to show certain listings according to a buyers past purchases. I also think ebay sellers are somehow able to manipulate the sold bids to show that they sell higher than expected, and just relist the item hoping a sucker will buy it at the higher price.
I have godzilla in my collection, great game!
Skylanders Imaginators PS4 game is going over 30$ but
Skylanders Trap Team PS4 game
Is going for 65$
Which isn’t a lot compared to other games. But I thought they were cheap for a while.
And when did Warhammer 40k space marine for 360 spike so hard
To answer the bit about Reydllom it was extremely limited run from an LRG clone with even worse CS on the communication side of things as far as orders are concerned. The game itself is a traditional asset flip from an unknown "studio", but it was also a 1,000 print run. Pretty much all the runs they do are just horror asset flips. Either way the fact that they exist is going to make it a pain in the ass for future collector's decades from now so that's what I personally presume all the recent hype is about.
lovely video mate
Great video Pete!
If you wanna see a "retro" item sell for a SEA countrys gdp wait for the PS5 30th Anniversary set to release 🤣
The Asian or Chinese Hong Kong variants are unique in that they play on a Japanese console (ntsc-j), but can often play in English. This makes them desirable for people that prefer Japanese over US, but do not speak Japanese. Also a better alternative for people in pal regions
Everything's RARE lol
You ever gonna make a Mercia video?
Why hasn't Sega remastered/remade PDS?
This is why I stopped collecting retro years ago when prices became stupidly expensive based on speculation & FOMO. For me its emulation, flashcarts & remasters.
It’s always neat to see what kind of miscellaneous video game stuff shows up on eBay lol. Great video Pete
