also xbox has cloud gaming which actually works quite well with a good wifi connection so technically you could play gta 6 on xbox one at whatever the frame rate is on series x
idealy 60 fps but honestly, i still play gta iv on my og 360 and get around 30 to 40 frames and that dont really bother me, and if the graphics are crazy crazy and running at 30 its understandable

30 fps is playable no tearing it smoothly 👌 it works well with my gpu news set up with rtx 4070 it run black myth woukong at 4k 30 fps ray tracing smooth satisfaction. I don't care about fps mostly important is that you have a good game and good time.
