Up-cups is the way for me, but I can see it being dependent on the area in the world you live in. Naturally dusty places makes sense to have down-cups, but where I live (Christchurch, NZ) I have never noticed any dust in my cups when they have been stored in a cupboard

nothing I hate more than poor customer service after sales. Im totally skipping dice forge and anything else by those guys based on your experience. So many games to play, no need to chance it with companies who dont care about their clients.
