However, as the PS5 hits 50 million consoles sold, the sun is quickly setting on the PS4’s lifespan. The good news is that there are still some big titles for the latter this year. I have PS5 and XBOX Series X, but a lot of people don't see any reason to buy a PS5 since there aren't many PS5 exclusives. Most of the games on PS5 can also be played on PS4. There's also the fact that current gen consoles were extremely difficult to acquire when they first came out, thanks to chip shortages and scalping.
